  • Retainer Services: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payments for ongoing services will be invoiced one month in advance. 

  • Ad Hoc Projects: For ad hoc or one-off projects, Aspire Forward Marketing will required full payment in advance before starting the project. 

  • Late payments may result in suspension of services.

  • All amounts are in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

  • We provide our Website “as is” and do not guarantee it will always be available or error-free.

  • To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for damages arising from use of our Website or Services.
